Review content:
I had two toilets that were clogged. I called house call company and they were able to ad me to there list today. I did have to call numerous times to find out when they would be coming and each time got a different answer. I had to leave several messages for the company as well. This was very concerning, and I didn't think they would show. Fortunately around 9 pm Phillip showed up and quickly put my mind at ease. He was so pleasant to speak to. Before I knew it I had told him my whole life story, and he quietly listened. He then addressed the issues I was having and gave me multiple options to correct but let me decide what was best for me. Thanks to Phillip, my annoyance with house call company has been eliminated. I will use house call for all of my plumbing needs and will have only Phillip in my home for now. He assures me that the communication issue is being addressed and because of him I know this to be true. Thank you Phillip for the pleasant conversation and professional manner in which you held yourself.
