Provided monitored antivirus protection, reviewed office back-up processes, repaired what turned out to be hardware malfunction on one of our computers.\r
Answered immediately, arranged service as soon as was possible with my schedule (we are not in the location each day), was professional, knowledgeable, cured my problems and left me with a machine with a truckload more memory that before all at a reasonable fee. He had set up the machines in my office and set up my back up in the past, which was also a good experience. Prior experience also included immediate estimate on replacing a phone system that turned out to have been turned off by accident. What I am trying to get across is that this positive experience is just what I have come to expect from Damian.
