Hi! I wish I could give this place zero 0 stars. This is without a doubt the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I stayed here a couple weeks ago and I wanted to wait until I tried to resolve the issues I had with the hotel management; obviously to no avail. The staff is horribly rude. They will not accommodate requests (i.e. extra bar of soap in bathroom, etc.) The drain in shower clogged and when I reported to front desk they implied that it was my fault; what?! They also post their hours for breakfast and evening socials in two places; one on a placard beside eating area and also there is an electronic board between front desk and elevators; my point is the hours do not match. And if you ask at the front desk you are snarled at. Oh and speaking of that electronic board it posts that there are evening socials on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings with offerings of a light dinner meal and complimentary beer and wine. The beer and wine is NOT complimentary. I surmised that they were aware of this misrepresentation so why not post a notice about it? Simply post something nearby in plain sight that reads we are sorry for the inconvenience but the information is incorrect thanks. Anyway there are several hotels nearby so please consider staying there and not here. Thank you for your time.
