You might see this still referred to as the Residence Inn at Patrick Henry Airport - which is now officially called the Newport News/Williamsburg international Aiport. We booked through Expedia, and the $149/ night room was discounted to $109 because we prepaid and accepted the non refundable clause. We were there for three nights - June 15, 16, and 17th, 2012 - a Thursday night through Sunday morning. \r

First, be aware that booking through Expedia will mean that you cannot apply the booking to your Marriott rewards points, a MAJOR negative that I wish I was made aware of. Of course, Expedia is not going to jump at volunteering that info, unless it was in the disclaimer fine print. Still, $50 off a night was worth it to book this way. \r

Marriott has placed what looks like twin structures, a Courtyard by Marriott, and our Residence Inn by Marriott at this site in the southwestern armpit of the I-64/Jefferson Ave interchange. This is upper Newport News, right as it blends w
