Amistee followed up with a phone call to confirm their technicians were arriving a specific time. They were here on time and the two technicians, Melvin and Jeff were very nice and professional. They explained how the process would work and asked if we had questions.
We just installed new carpet and they assured me that they would place tarps on the floor and went above and beyond to create a plastic door to keep some of the cold air away as it was 10 degrees today. We are so pleased and I would highly recommend these two great technicians. Aimstee, you have two great technicians here. They replaced our furnace filter and even asked if we wanted to old filter. We give them an A+ each! Thank you for such GREAT service!!!
