If I could give less than one star, I would. This is the absolute, without a doubt, worst broker I have ever worked with. I didn?t think the bar could be set any lower, but once you talk to one of their agents, the bar drops further! Oza Realty might tell you they can help you, but trust me, they cannot. It is impossible to get an update from anyone in the office. Most employees refuse to give phone extensions, which I assume is so that you can?t locate your agent just to yell at them! I work in the mortgage industry, and please take my advice. Steer clear of OZA, they have NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING (I have heard of clown colleges, but I didn?t know that college gave out real estate licenses).
