It's been a couple months now, so the details are a little cloudy now but I know AmeriSpec Inspection were very timely and they were extraordinarily thorough.
The presentation they had at then end and the walk through was very well done and quite impressive. It gave me the sense of satisfaction knowing what all of the potential problems with the house could be. I felt very confident going into negations to mitigate any of the potential issues that could come up.
