My son is moving into one of the Farrell Smyth managed apartments located near CalPoly. Kyrie was very helpful and informative during this process. Kyrie is friendly and professional. She made me feel secure in how she handled the lease signing process with my adult son, a CalPoly student. Kyrie and her associates made it easy and stress-free to rent an apartment from Farrell Smyth, Inc. She provided us with all of the needed information and guided us through the process. My mother will be moving to San Luis Obispo and I will use F.S. again.
