I've worked with Farrell Smyth two times in the past four years for the acquisition of a single family rental property and recently on the sale of the same property. Since I live out of the area, it was essential that I worked with someone that could handle all of the details, making arrangements with inspection companies and working with the tenants to schedule showings of the property. Larry Smyth took care of it all. It was a pleasure working together.
