BUYER BEWARE:\r Although the store policy of no returns no refunds no cancellations ever ever....never! is discreetly placed only at the cash register.....the problem here is honesty....\r I was told by Lisa Imerti the store manager that she would cancel the chairs and a dining room table because 1) she did believe I did not know the no return policy... and 2) the chairs Jason the salesperson ""steered"" me into really did not match the table....I contacted him a few hours after leaving the store to say i was unhappy with the chairs and was told "" sorry you have to keep them....but, i said, you first have to order the chairs....sorry, he replied you saw our policy...and signed the contract\r ( the ""contract"" is titled in large bold letters at the top FURNITURE INFO SHEET..... honest??? )\r Although at the end of March2015 Lisa FINALLY told me both chairs and table were cancelled.....I was NEVER told that in fact her ""bosses"" only allowed her to cancel the chairs ( had to be ordered ) and NOT the table....( in stock)\r i guess if someone had to be STUCK with a dining table with no chairs it was surely going to be ME the Customer and not them the furniture store with three shops on Long Island!!!!\r On May 4,2015 i received a letter from American Express that although the charge for the chairs was removed the store said I knew their policy\r ( they sent amex the Furniture Info Sheet i signed But someone else initialed the box indicating "" customer accepts store policy)....and had to keep the table.\r I called lisa that moment and she said "" sorry my bosses would not let me cancel the table...but i did LEAVE A MESSAGE ON YOUR PHONE TO CALL FOR A DELIVERY TIME!!!.....I asked her if she thought it odd i never called to respond to her ""message"".....considering the many many calls to her it took begging for weeks to have her finally agree to cancel ....\r or why no one called me to see why i was leaving a table for 6 weeks without calling for delivery...NOT A WORD TO THE CUSTOMER...\r This company has dishonesty as a basis for their customer service....\r BUYER BEWARE
