I was in the other day because I could not get an appointment with my dealership. I have previously had oil changes with Darrell's Firestone had been pleased. This time they were totally unfriendly and not very receptive to me. I was a little startled and at this and almost turned around and left. The manager didn't even look up at me and he ordered this clerk to do this and that and was too involved with something on the computer to be even take a minute to be welcoming. I am afraid that was the last time I use Darrell's Firestone.
