Businiess name:  Carpet Wiser Carpet Cleaning

Review content:
I just purchase a new house in Carol Stream that was completely carpeted. Even though the previous owner already said it was cleaned it still look old and dingy. This was my chance since the house was still empty with no furniture to move. I started my search exploring the internet and reading other reviews, asking friends and family for referrals. My realtor had a business card from Carpet Wiser and said they did a good job for her and her clients in the past. Sometimes a good old fashioned personal recommendation is better that all the research. They came to my house 9am sharp on Saturday morning with two guys, very polite and quiet. Not your typical pushy salesman type. He gave me an estimate with two courses of action. A regular steam clean and a deep scrub clean. Since I don't really know the difference I ask and he showed me a video of the two services. I went with the deep scrub cleaning, it cost a little more but this was the time to do it. I have never seen anyone use this rotary carpet cleaning machine before. One of the guys has a carpet scrubber on a drill to help get out the stubborn stains. They had pulled out a box of cleaning bottles and he even got an iron with a rag. He spayed a chemical on the stain and laid the towel over it. When the iron was hot he proceeded to iron over it. This started to pull off some of the crusty type stains. They were there for over 5 hours. I could not believe the level of detail and effort they took. They were great people and great workers. I am happy to share this to all.
