I will NEVER use this facility again. The owner, John Grob was caustic and obnoxious, with total disregard to customer respect. After Bear Tire and Auto damaged my vehicle during a AAA tow, John literally screamed he refused to take any responsibility. I was astounded by John's blatant lack of professionalism. AAA is investigating this company's lack of integrity.
