Review content:
I worked at this KinderCare since the end of July 2015 and it is honestly the last place I would leave my kids or recommend to anyone. The building itself is dirty, even though we were supposed to mop it everyday at nap time, the mop was not always available for every room every day like it was supposed to and since we couldn't leave the room, we had to rely on either the management or whatever teachers were able to leave their rooms to get the mop for us. The lead teachers were hardly ever in their classrooms, and the hours for the employees were never consistent. I personally was supposed to work 9-6 everyday in one room, but the assistant director would schedule me to come in at noon or two in the afternoon constantly. The schedule would then change at least five times throughout the day so no one ever knew what was going on. I started only working barely twenty hours a week, meaning I could barely pay my bills and rent while still being able to feed myself. I started helping out at the County Line KinderCare and asked for a transfer since they needed the help but I was told simply it'd have to wait. No one sat down and explained the process of transferring with me. The only reason they ended up agreeing to transferring me was because I put my notice in to take another job. They still never transferred me and left me with no choice but to leave KinderCare all together.
