Review content:
The owner is rude. I was in the shop and asked the owner the age of a refrigerator. He heatedly lectured me on how many years he had been in the business and how many appliances he had sold. I was taken aback by his reaction to my simple question. I then asked if it came with a warranty. This time he even more heatedly lectured me on how warranties just cover defects and workmanship and how these refrigerators are working now so obviously there are no defects or bad workmanship and then he finished with “and refrigerators don’t just break. I told him very calmly that he was being rude and turned to leave. I turned back at the door to look at him and he shooed me away with his hands and said yelled “bye bye” as he and the guy from the back both laughed. The customer service was so bad so quickly that it could have been an episode on one of those hidden camera shows. Obviously I will never buy an appliance from this store and I recommend that you do not buy an appliance at this store either.
