I've heard they pay pretty good which is probably why there aren't many helpers there. The other day I went there to get a piece of plexiglass and to have it cut. The man at customer service said that they did do that and directed me to the back wall of the store. When I got therre, I stood around while one of the workers in lumber helped a customer and the other cut what seemed like frames for pictures. She had nobody standing there but ignored me anyway. When I finally asked her for help, she informed me that they did not cut the plexiglass because it always veered off course and ruined the cut. She directed me to a self cutting tool for $11.00. I said no thanks and left extremely disappointed in the service I received. The bad part is that it wasn't the first time.
PROS: Good service during rush hour
