brought my verizon phone to the fed ex drop off site at the Pearl Street store in Quincy, Ma, I handed it to the person at the drop off site and he told me everything was all set that I could leave so I did. A few weeks later I get a letter from verizon telling me they never received my returned phone that I dropped off to fed ex. I then went right down to the store and asked to talk to the manager. The person I gave the package to was working there that day so I pointed him out to the manager. That person told the manager that he took my package but he didn't scan it in the computer before fed ex picked it up because he said he was busy so it never got scanned. The phone is now lost and no one knows where this package is it has just disappeared. I got a call from office max from a man called Paul who told me he would take care of it if it wasn't found snice verizon was gonna charge me $400.00 for it not being returned. I called back and fourth for over a month and all I got was a run
