Like any chain with lots of low-paid employees, your shopping experience here will depend on if you get one of the good ones. I shop here nearly weekly as my office is nearby and it seems I'm always out of something and I can't wait for delivery. If I get good customer service I leave happy even if I didn't find all the items I was looking for, and if I don't, I leave grumpy even if I DID find everything I needed. Call me old-fashioned, but I like it when I get treated like I matter!\r

Office Max in general: it's worth it to sign up for their "Perks" rewards program because even if you don't add up much in the money-back category, you'll get regular coupons by mail and/or email. $10 off $20 is as good as it gets! Be sure to check the weekly flyers for bargains - if you use something a lot, it makes sense to watch for it when it's on sale, such as buy 2 and get 1 free.\r
