My daughter had her wedding at the Hunt Valley Marriott Hotel 20+ years ago and at that time, the hotel WAS nice. I have had recent business with them within the past 5 years, and after this last time, I am done with them. I really have to wonder if they have lost their Marriott Flag/5 Star Status. The staff are rude and generally unhelpful. We witnessed the Housekeeping Manager being extremely rude and abusive to the Mexican/Non-English Speaking Staff, the food was past dated/expired, the front desk staff are just plain clueless. What has happened to this facility? And the worst is that they have canceled their Sunday Brunch, Mother's Day Brunch, and Father's Day Brunch. JUST WRECK THE BUILDING, FIRE THE STAFF, GET RID OF THE GM, AND START OVER.
