Not happy at all. We were buying our first home in Nov 09 and had everything set for the carpet to be laid on Weds, no phone call to conferm what time they would be there so I called on Tuesday and was told oops sorry we have no one that can do it for you tomorrow and it will be next week. We we to move in that week end and Finally after 5 hrs of sitting in home depot the came out the next day. We spent over $3000.00 and should have gotten something in return besides stress
