I recently came in to sell some items to this place. Staff are professional (unlike many ""cash for gold"" type places), but they are very rude, negative, and pretentious. Both times I have gone there, I have never had a friendly welcome. I only trusted their appraisal of my items because of their professional nature. But I left with a very bad feeling. I tried them again to see if I would have a different experience the second time, but I waited for a long time before being seen and then was told I didn't have enough items for an appraisal. The woman said, ""It takes too much paperwork."" If I were you, I would go somewhere that treats customers with respect, not just as a means of income.
