First off I wasn't home when they showed up they were supposed to get rid of bugs inside the house in all the cabinets and set traps for mice on the fence line, make a long story short we had to have them back out because they did not set the traps we still have bugs two weeks later they didn't show up to their appointment when they said they would I had to leave my business to show up within a4 hour window and obviously they didn't I called they rescheduled they didn't show up again so I called to cancel my service and told them do not charge me the owner Jaime said I'm on a one year contract he will not cancel it so I called my bank to cancel the card they used and somehow they were able to charge me again 3 times in 2 months I am in the process of trying to get my money back good luck
