I have to say that the crew at this hotel is better then 5 star! When we moved here we expected to get into our house quickly, but it ended up being several months. It was summer time and hard to find a hotel, when we got into the residence in, we felt at home, the beds were comfy, the service was amazing. The second night we were there someone came to the room with fresh warm cookies for my kids. They have a dinner/social hour downstairs 4 night a week. No matter what time I went downstairs to ask a question, or just to stroll, they knew me. We had a slight mix up with a fax, and the next day they sent a gift bag to the room to apologize. The housekeeping staff is also top notch! We had a lovely 2 bedroom suite with a fireplace in the livingroom, it was close enough to downtown to go places, yet far enough away you don't hear the traffic! I'm telling everyone to stay there.
