I liked the ability to schedule an appointment for a plumber in Minneapolis through an email confirmation and was able to check the status of anticipated arrival, Brian was the technician, he was very nice, very professional and explained to me in a way that was easy to understand what it was he needed to do and how long it should take as well as how much it would cost. He completed the job quickly and cleaned up after himself leaving my house cleaner than it probably was when he arrived to work on the problem. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was that I felt the prices were on the high side, they claim they don't charge Emergency fees but given the prices I'm sure they come out the same as companies that do charge higher weekend and emergency fees.
