Late Sunday evening, I scheduled a visit online for the next morning. I live near Minneapolis. Jeff arrived within the time frame requested, fixed my problem, cleaned out my linen sink, and explained why the problem was occurring. He also provided education on prevention thru use of a environmentally sensitive and simple product and set-up a follow-up call to get an estimate from a Roto-Rooter plumber on a non-code compliant issue that was also contributing to the clogs we keep getting.
