Review content:
Our main drain for the house was plugged - we couldn't run water anywhere because it was backing up onto the basement floor. Our plumber was scheduled from 5-7p, but was delayed. The dispatcher called us each time to let us know what time to expect him and what was going on. Our plumber - Dennis was great...very personable, friendly and got right to work fixing our drain. The price of the repair was provided before any work started. Good experience.
