Review content:
I found myself with a partially clogged pipe that was beyond my capabilities to clear and I made a call to RotoRooter.
Brian arrived within an hour after my call. He explained what might be needed, giving me the best and worst case scenarios. This included the fees for each of the solutions that might needed and why they would be necessary.
Fortunately, in my situation, it turned out that the problem was the ""best case."" He was able to correct the problem in a short period of time and then demonstrated to me that the problem had been dealt with.
The fee was exactly what he said it would be. I didn't have any problem with the amount since I've always figured that plumbers, electricians, etc. are not just being paid for what they do but are also being paid for the knowledge to do it without changing the architecture of the building.
All in all, it was a very satisfactory experience. If I have need of further plumbing work, I will contact this firm.
