Review content:
I just got back from a fishing trip on a Sunday evening only to find that water was seeping up through the drain all weekend in our basement. My poor wife was busy the better part of the weekend cleaning this up. First thing Monday morning, I called Roto-Rooter. They called me back to confirm that someone would be at my house within 30 minutes. I hung up the phone an went outside to make sure my garage door was open and Roto-Rooter pulled up in my driveway. I was pleasantly surprised by the early arrival. The technisian (Mark) was very polite and I showed him to the basement. He had us run water to recreate the problem. Ten minutes later, water started to seep up through the drain. He determined that the main line may have a root as we are in an older residential neighborhood. Sure enough, several minutes later, the machine blade came back with a small portion of a tree root. Problem was solved. He was very couteous and I will not hesitate to recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone
