We called for an estimate, which by the way, is always free, and Ray, the plumber who gave us the quote, told us a number four hundred less than an estimate we had gotten from another company. You know we went with Roto-Rooter! Ray was able to do the job immediately. We got a great price, excellent service, and were more than satisfied. Ray was professional and explained what he was doing and why. He was fun, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We were very impressed with that and his integrity. I was complaining about the prices of a company we had used before, and he did not say anything against them, which he could easily have done. We were more than pleased with Roto-Rooter, their pricing, and the plumber. This is a great company, and we really had a positive experience. I highly recommend them.
