It was like my own personal horror show. I went downstairs late at night to see sewage backing up from the shower drain, and the laundry room floor was flooded. I immediately went online and scheduled a appointment with Roto-Rooter of Minneapolis. They sent out John the plumber, and he did a fantastic job. He was friendly, professional and helpful. He fixed the problem right away, and gave me some suggestions for the future.
The online service was great. I was able to see the status of the order & knew when he was on the way.
