Businiess name:  Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Review content:
I couldn't be happier with how quickly and professionally our unexpected new home water situation was resolved. We've just bought a house in Minneapolis, lived here only 3 weeks when drained water from the kitchen sink started flowing out the floor drain in the downstairs laundry room! We knew we needed to contact a plumber and Roto Rooter was recommended right away by multiple sources. We called and they were able to come out WITHIN THE HOUR... ON A SUNDAY!! It took Nigel less than a half hour to fix our issue. As he cleaned up the small water mess in the basement he gave us insight into how the plumbing worked in the new house (what was connected to what) and some tips on a few things we could do to help our plumbing stay flushed out and clean. How helpful!
