Review content:
The materials avaiable are a good selection, and the staff are helpful if you ever get to speak to them. But they seem too busy a lot of the time. Both going to the store and calling on the phone, I have had to wait around a lot just to be able to speak to somebody who can help me. Seems as though they are too short handed or busy to meet the demand of the customers. It's a big enough store that this is a problem if you don't have several hours to wait around to be able to get projects done. I have been on hold on the phone for the last 15 minutes waiting to speak to somebody, and don't know if this is a technical problem or they're just to busy to speak to a customer.
