Review content:
I have been to this hospital on several occasions. My last visit was very disappointing. I took my ill cat to their vet 3 times in last month and he still is not feeling well. They ran blood work on him on the first 2 visits which did not show anything conclusively. They also performed 2 thyroid test 10 days apart, both showing he had a functioning thyroid. When I asked questions about the course of treatment and if we were doing the right things, the tech got very defensive. I asked if I could speak to the vet, I was told they were extremely busy and if he had time he would call me 2 days later. I am still not sure why it was necessary to perform 2 thyroid tests on my cat within a short period of time. At this point, I do not understand what their plans are for his course of treatment in the long term. After spending about a $1000, I will probably have to seek a second opinion.
