One of my tires blew out, so I needed a new one. I took my car to pep boys even though I hadn't heard good things about them because they were closest. I got one new tire and got one plugged. They were all very rude, but my car got fixed...or so I thought. I went back to school and parked my car in the garage. A week later I went back to my car to find the tire they fixed 10 PSI low, so I took it back. They instantly told me they couldn't fix it, and they would put a new one on. Nobody told me why. I told them to give me my car back. At first they said they couldn't, because it was unsafe and could blow out. They tried to force me to get a new tire, but as soon as my parents got there they did what I wanted. I took it to Discount and they found a little hole in the sidewall of my tire closest to the car itself...right where it wouldn't be noticed. I was told it was an intentional hole with nothing stuck inside of it. I got a new tire from them. Three ladies in front of me at Pep Boys w
