Now that Lowe's is coming to Redding Ca will Home Depot set up to the plate? The customer service is the worst at this store, we've spend thousands of dollars at home Depot as there is really no where else to go that has everything we need in doing home repairs and is close by our home.
I've complained about being told "I'm going on a break, someone else can help you" and when I talked to the Manager he said he would talk to the clerk and that they were working on customer service. He had the nerve to say that employees like her belong at the Lowe's coming to town.
I didn't give it a one star only because they do have most of the home items anyone could be looking for.
PROS: Convience & lots to choose from
CONS: Lack of customer service, employees that do not know what they are selling
