I was at the Ridgewood branch of pep boys today and let me tell you the worst service ever. I have never met a set of employees that have been so rude and obnoxious my entire life. The wait for the auto service is ridiculous. A piece of advice do not do installations here !! Buy your products and have it in installed somewhere else. The service manager peter hillaire is EXTREMELY discusting to me and fellow customers. DO NOT GO HERE FOR AUTO SERVICE!
