Review content:
I have now used this home depot for a number of home renovation projects. Their staff is completely incompetent. The ONLY way to get anything accomplished is to speak with a manager and even that is a long drawn out process. Any special order or installation you order will, without fail, be incorrect. They cannot handle returns or credit and not one step of the way has anything been on time. Even when calling into the store you will be inconvenienced. They cannot handle transferring you to the correct department you will be put back in cue and speak to the same person again at least 3 times. Over all this is the worst experience I have ever had. In the end GO TO LOWES!
