My husband and I sat in the door department for over an hour with no help. I even tried to ask one of the employees for assistance and they ducked into another aisle after they saw and heard me say, "Excuse me." No, my husband and I are not scary looking people, we're quite normal.\r

My husband even called the store from door section and they never sent anyone. He called a second time and when they did send someone it was a newbie from hell who was too shy to go introduce himself to any of the managers to ask for assistance on how to use the computer system. I offered to go with him to get a manager and he was obviously not motivated or confident enough to even answer me or get out of the chair.\r

We went to Lowe's and someone was in the door department when we got there, was with another customer but did let us know that he'd be right with us and helped us soon after. We were in the store for no more than 30 minutes, had our door picked out and a date for delivery and installat
