i was told it would take 30 mins. for a power steering flush. the next day, when i arrived, i was told the mechanic shows up according to the traffic conditions.\r The person told me on the phone that if i showed up at 0800, that they would get me "in and out". \r When i asked how long it would take for the mechanic to arrive, the front desk manager seemed irritated. i finally was able to get an estimation of 1/2 hr to an hr. from him.\r Well, the mechanic came in at about 0930 that's 1 and 1/2 hrs later.. I wasn't even informed. The manager just gave him the work order, told him what the service was, and at 1030 a.m. that's 2 1/2 hrs. later, my car was done.\r Strange, but when the front desk manager was alone, he was brusque, no eye contact, nothing. But when other customers were around, he was courteous, almost to the point of innocence. He then told me my front brakes were low, and would need a service. i just had them replaced 6,000 miles before, and they were @ 88-90% on my last oil
