Review content:
I went to the Pep Boys located in Santee over the weekend to get an oil change. When I approached the counter there were employees sitting there looking at a coin collection in a magazine. Neither of them bothered to stop what they were doing to acknowledge my presence. After a few moments one of the employees stopped what he was doing, looked at me with an annoyed sigh and asked me how he could help me. I explained that I would like an oil change and the other gentleman said there was one car in the bay and one in front of me, but they should be able to get me out within an hour. I said that was fine; I filled out the paperwork and handed them my keys. While I was killing time I noticed that out of the 15 or so employees working, none of them were actually working. They were all standing around, outside taking smoke breaks, or ignoring their customers. I could not tell who was in charge and none of them were wearing name tags.
