I do most of my own work and have bought a lot of parts and many tools from Pep Boys. Many of their products are available at different quality levels, and I have always found quality to be commensurate with price. I can cut corners with a cheap part, or pay a little more and get a better part. \r

They are also been very generous with their return policy. I have frequently bought the wrong part, and never had a problem returning it, even if I don't get back to the store right away. \r

The staff is always courteous and helpful. This is one of my favorite stores.
