Mike haycock is the worst store manager I've ever met. After spending over $6,000 here in pressure washers for my company, he refused to return a defected one that we had only Owned for two weeks. He was not only incredibly rude to me but also to his employee. Oh yea, did I say when his associate called him for help he told her to just figure it out and do it herself? She then told me Id have to go find him so he could help.I walked back to the lumber area where she told me he was and told him I needed his assistance at the front desk. He instantly became a jerk. After he left his associate said " he always treats everyone likes this " I'll literally never spend another penny here
