I have to say that Pep Boys really helped me out with a flat. After 45 minutes of trying to change the flat myself...I drove the car in at 4:45pm with the flat tire and asked if they could throw on my spare to get me home. I have an hour commute from State College to my house and didn't want my husband to have to pick me up. They got the flat changed and had me on the road home around 6:30pm. The best part...NO CHARGE! That's right folks...they didn't charge me a dime to do the work. The service guys never tried to be pushy and sell me tires but they did recommend that I get two new ones put on. I have never been to this store before and I received stellar customer service. The only reason I gave them a 4 out of 5 is because they said it would be done within 30-45 minutes and it took an hour and a half. Might have been because I left and went to get a beer and some food and told them I'd be back in an hour. Overall it was a good experience with them and I'll be making a call t
