My daughter's car had some issues. We, the parents,\r
drove 6 1/2 hours to check out the car and get an appointment\r
set up with Pep Boys. We called on Friday for a very\r
early appointment on Saturday morning. They said to\r
come in at 8:30. We came in at 8:30. Pep Boys said\r
the car would be done in one hour. We called them at\r
10:00. They said it wasn't quite done, but to come by\r
in another 1/2 hour. We came by at 10:45 and PEP\r
BOYS HAD LIED! THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED IT\r
YET! We were due to leave to drive 6 1/2 hours back\r
home at 11:00 to avoid traffic jams. We drove all the\r
way to Parsippany to get our daughter's car fixed and\r
they didn't even start it!! When we went into the\r
office and asked who lied about starting it, four guys\r
were leaning over the counter and none of them would\r
admit it. They were standing around listening to our\r
complaints and just denying everything - but NO ONE\r
WAS WORKING!! There were people lined up behind\r
us and they didn't look happ
