Review content:
I couldn't be more disgusted with the Pep Boys employees in Parsippany. I took a car in for a simple bearings job. They told me it would take 2 and a half hours. No problem. 5 hours later I find myself standing in the parking lot still waiting...Still fine...I have time, annoying but ok. Upon checking out my car after the job was done I notice new scratches on my back lights. When I approach the manager about it, he tells me that there is no way his drivers could have done that and they would have told him if they had....yeah right! What's even more frustrating is that while I was standing and waiting in the parking lot I saw one of the Pep Boy's employees back the company van into another van behind him....luckily it was another company van so I didn't say anything. Obviously the manager said he wasn't notified about that one either...well no duh!My frustration doesn't lie with the fact that I didn't receive any free service or even the opportunity for them to cover the new scratches
