I have been taking my car to Pep Boys for about five years now. I have some brake issues a few years back and they fixed them for me,Had some battery issues and bought new ones.. I recently had them look at my car starter,they states it was getting a signal it's fine... Yet they still repaired it! and charged me 300 dollars!!! Wow! Their service was very lousy this is the Pep Boys in Whittier Ca, parts Service dept, They are extremely rude and do not appear to take their jobs serious. They are under your hood laughing and giggling like they are children and playing tricks under your hood!. I feel they were not able to give me a true dianogstic on rmy 2001 Nissan Maxima, and I just recently discovered a leak after they replaced my starter, took it back to them to check the car, they states there are no leaks!! Boy this Pep boys in Whittier are a "Rip OFF"!!! Do NOT take your car to them, they are not Skilled professionals, I should have Just went to the "NISSAN DEALER", atleast I k
