i bought an electric dirt bike for my son when i got it home it did not work so i went back and the manager went out of his way to find and get one delivered from an other store assemble and checked to make sure it worked . the staff at the Salem N.H store did an excellent job to make sure my little boy left a happy customer i was very satisfied with the service there Thank you for your outstanding service .
