I Took my VW beetle to them for an oil change and filter. I asked for the best oil " Mobile One" and a good filter. Come to find out from the dealership that the wrong oil filter was used and was doing a considerable amount of damage to my vehicle. Good thing I found out before it was too late. The mechanics are not trained properly in service nor in tire changes. I've also had trouble with tire rotation and mounting as well. Would never use again. Waist of time and MONEY!They did charge more for an oil change than anywhere else for what I don't know. Obviously not their knowledge.
