Review content:
I took my car in for an oil change and a battery check. They talked me into getting my tires rotated since it was free. Their logo is an oil change in 29min but it took way longer than that. Perhaps it was for the battery check and tire rotation, I really don't know. I took my car there at 8:30 am, waited for a 1hr and half and left. They called me at 12:30pm to tell me my car was ready. I arrived to find out that they didn't even check my car battery, I asked before I left and they never checked it. So I had to wait for that. It was finally done at 1:30pm. I was so frustrated and disappointed it the wait and service. When I got into my car they didn't even reset my oil service indicator. I didn't even bother to go back in to tell them, it would likely be another hour wait. So I took my car to Jiffy Lube and they reset it in a minute. I will never go back to Manassas Pep Boys. The only reason I went there because my father in law recommends the Annandale Pep Boys to check my battery bu
