Review content:
I was there awhile back to get one tire with my then 2 yr old son. It took them over 3 hours (after I went to find out the progress on the tire) that they didn't have a replacement in the size I needed. Mind you, the tire had not been touched from the time I brought it in to be looked at to the time I asked about it. They were not apologetic at all, and seemed put out when I asked if they could check other Pep Boys in the area. I will NEVER go there for anything again.
